For women who want deeper self-awareness and insight into how they lead, respond, and show up. 

Assessments offer a powerful starting point for the coaching process. They give us a clearer picture of how you currently show up - and how you want to lead more intentionally moving forward. By offering a bird’s-eye view into your goals, attitudes, values, strengths, and challenges, assessments help uncover the internal patterns that may be shaping your confidence, communication, decision making, and leadership presence. 

In my work, the primary assessment tool is the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI)- a one-of-a-kind attitudinal assessment that helps hold up a mirror to your perceptions, beliefs, behaviors, and overall leadership capacity. It provides insight into how you perceive and approach life, and how you react to different circumstances, challenges, and experiences. 

The ELI is often a game changer because it gives us meaningful clarity right from the beginning. In one focused debrief, we can begin to understand the way you see yourself, the world, and the people around you — and how those patterns may be affecting your leadership potential, relationships, and responses under pressure. After your assessment debrief, you will have greater awareness of how your attitudes, perceptions, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and actions are impacting the way you lead and live.
